Refund Policy

Generally speaking, we have a 'no quibbles' returns policy. The return cost is to be paid by the customer and all returned items must be received back in 'shop condition' with all original bags/tags (as/if applicable) enclosed for the returned item. We would ask that you contact us to let us know that an item is being returned via the returns option on the website or directly by phone/email. We will refund the GOODS VALUE of the returned item within 48 hours (excluding weekends) of an item being received back or contact you within this time if there is a problem with the returned item.

(1) INTRODUCTION
We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. Returning a product is nice and simple and we have created this 30 day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

 

(1a) COOLING OFF PERIOD

As a customer you have a 7 day 'cooling off' period from the day you receive your goods, in which time you should notify us that you wish to cancel your contract with us and request a full refund be given, including any original delivery charges. If the goods have already been dispatched and it is simply a 'change of heart' then the return delivery costs will be bourn by you the customer.



(2) RETURNS
Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:
 

(a) we have been given notification with 7 days of receipt of goods
(b) we receive the returned product within 30 days following the receipt of goods;
(c) the returned product is unused, in its original packaging with any seal or shrink-wrap intact, with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new;
(d) you comply with the returns procedure set out below; and
(e) none of the exclusions set out below apply.

(3) RETURNS PROCEDURE
Products returned under this policy must be sent along with your order number/ ID (which can be found on your invoice) and by a signed for service to:

*When returning a product please also state whether you would like a refund or a replacement sent out.

You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this policy, unless of course your product has been damaged or is faulty (See section 6 below).

(4) EXCLUSIONS
The following kinds of products may not be returned under this policy:

(a) DVDs, CDs other audio or video or audio-visual recordings;
(b) any product made to your specification;
(c) any product made to order;
(d) gift vouchers.

(5) REFUNDS
We will send you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy excluding the original delivery charges and excluding the costs of returning the product to us.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event; within 30 days of the day we received your returned product.

(6) FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If the product that you have received is faulty or damaged in any way please accept our sincere apologies for your inconvenience. Under these circumstances please follow the procedure outlined in section 3.
As soon as we receive your faulty/ damaged product we shall arrange your replacement or issue you a full refund, as well as refunding to you the returns postage cost.
If you choose a replacement product you will not be charged for re-delivery of this product.

(7) IMPROPER RETURNS
Where you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product):

(a) we will not refund or exchange the product;
(b) we may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product; and
(c) if we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.
