Delivery Information
Unfortunately, courier prices have recently increased quite dramatically. We charge a flat rate and if we are able to send an item for less than the 'flat rate charge' then we will refund that saving.
Delivery times to the customer may take up to 10 days (including weekends).
UK ORDERS Including Highlands, Islands & N-Ireland
- All UK Orders (excluding The Highlands, Islands & N-Ireland orders are shipped by Courier for £7.50
- You will receive order updates, in due course, advising courier information, tracking number and ETD.
- Orders shipped directly from us are generally send with DHL on a 'next day service' to mainland UK.
- Other couriers are used as appropriate and all details are advised.
EUROPEAN UNION ORDERS
Orders are shipped by Courier for £30.00 (we will refund any saving if we are able to get a cheaper price).
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All other International orders are shipped by Courier for only £80.00 (we will refund any saving if we are able to get a cheaper price).
